2. Strict RUO Classification & Prohibited Uses

Purchaser expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CellRestorix Labs LLC against any claims, losses, liabilities, legal judgments, regulatory fines, and legal fees arising from the purchaser’s possession, handling, or use of the supplied products.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all purchase transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding or dispute arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
